Who’s Behind Oakmont of Segovia…
Oakmont Senior Living, a family-owned and operated company founded by William P. Gallaher, is a recognized leader in the retirement industry, having planned and developed more than 50 retirement communities in the western United States. In the building and development business since the mid 1970′s, Bill and his wife Cindy began by building custom homes. During the early years, Bill designed the homes, created the architecture drawings, and managed every aspect of the construction, while Cindy designed and chose interior and exterior finishes and details. The experience has given them an intimate understanding of the construction process. Blending beauty and function with a keen sensitivity to the changing market has been their trademark. Oakmont develops, builds and manages all of their properties in a seamless process from site acquisition to operations. This continuum of responsibility and oversight ensures all parts of the business meet the same high standards and expectations.
